Device setup

Start streaming on your preferred screen.

Choose your device and follow the general steps below. Your activation email contains the exact credentials required by your player.

Smart TV

  1. Open the television app store and install a compatible IPTV player.
  2. Launch the app and note its requested login method.
  3. Enter the playlist URL, Xtream Codes details or activation information supplied by Kanalbox.
  4. Allow the channel list and EPG to load, then restart the app once.

Samsung TV

  1. Open Samsung Apps from the Smart Hub.
  2. Search for an IPTV player supported in your region and install it.
  3. Add your subscription credentials exactly as provided.
  4. Save the profile, refresh the playlist and organize favorites.

LG TV

  1. Open the LG Content Store and search for a compatible IPTV application.
  2. Install and open the application.
  3. Use its playlist or Xtream Codes option to add your Kanalbox details.
  4. Refresh content and verify live TV, movies and EPG.

Android TV

  1. Open Google Play Store on the TV or streaming box.
  2. Install your preferred IPTV player.
  3. Select Add User or Add Playlist and enter the supplied details.
  4. Wait for synchronization, then choose a channel to test playback.

Android Phone

  1. Install a reputable IPTV player from Google Play.
  2. Allow only the permissions necessary for playback.
  3. Add the credentials from your activation message.
  4. Use Wi-Fi for the first channel and EPG synchronization.

iPhone & iPad

  1. Download a compatible IPTV player from the App Store.
  2. Choose the Xtream Codes or M3U login option supported by the app.
  3. Enter your server, username and password carefully.
  4. Save the profile and enable EPG refresh if available.

Fire TV Stick

  1. Install a compatible IPTV player from the Amazon Appstore where available.
  2. Open the app and choose Add Playlist or Login with Xtream Codes.
  3. Enter your Kanalbox subscription details.
  4. Clear unnecessary background apps and test a live channel.

Windows

  1. Install a trusted IPTV player or compatible media application.
  2. Create a new playlist profile.
  3. Paste the supplied M3U URL or enter the Xtream Codes credentials.
  4. Enable hardware acceleration if supported and test playback.

macOS

  1. Install a compatible IPTV or media player from a trusted source.
  2. Open the playlist or network stream function.
  3. Add the subscription URL or account credentials.
  4. Save the playlist and confirm audio, video and guide data.

MAG Devices

  1. Open Settings and locate System Settings or Servers.
  2. Open Portals and enter the portal URL supplied by support.
  3. Provide the device MAC address when requested for activation.
  4. Restart the MAG device and allow the portal to load completely.
