By purchasing, accessing or using Kanalbox, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and applicable policies linked from this website. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally capable of entering a contract in your jurisdiction and must use the service in compliance with local law.
2. Service Usage
Kanalbox provides subscription access credentials and related customer support for compatible IPTV applications and devices. A stable internet connection and supported playback device are your responsibility. Content, schedules, channel sources and quality may change without notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
- Provide accurate order and contact information.
- Keep credentials confidential and notify support of suspected unauthorized access.
- Use only the number of simultaneous connections authorized for your subscription.
- Maintain compatible devices, applications and internet connectivity.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not resell access without written reseller authorization, share credentials publicly, attempt to bypass connection limits, interfere with infrastructure, reverse engineer protected systems, use automated abuse tools or use the service for unlawful activity.
Violations may lead to suspension or termination without refund where permitted by law.
5. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to every channel or title. Maintenance, upstream provider changes, internet routing, device limitations and events outside our control may affect availability.
6. Orders, Billing and Renewals
Prices and plan durations are shown before purchase. Subscriptions expire at the end of the purchased term unless renewed. Automatic renewal applies only if clearly disclosed and authorized. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.
7. Disclaimers and Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available†basis. Kanalbox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from internet failures, device incompatibility, third-party applications, schedule changes or unauthorized credential sharing.
